In my 10 year career as a midwife and childbirth educator, I have cared for many women, and witnessed all types of births. My passion is in providing women and their partners the opportunity to explore pregnancy and birth as a natural life experience, and achieve their most positive, empowered birth.

WHAT IS HYPNOBIRTHING?
Hypnobirthing is the name given to a philosophy that focuses on the strength of the birthing mother and the natural physiology of the body. Hypnobirthing provides you and your birthing partner with the tools and techniques to have a truly safe, empowered and positive birth.
In my classes, you will learn how to place yourself into a state of ultimate relaxation, enabling your birthing body to get on with the job of labour uninhibited by stress, fear or anxiety.
This ultra-calm state is achieved using visualisations, music, self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques. Mentally and physically, you will learn to work through your labour in a relaxed state to minimise pain and discomfort.
PERSONALISED & ONGOING SUPPORT
My classes provide a wellness-focused and individualised approach to childbirth, and I become part of your personal support team on your journey to becoming empowered parents.
GROUP OR PRIVATE SESSIONS
You can choose a more intimate, private session, or become part of an open, dynamic and supportive group environment where the focus remains on achieving a positive pregnancy and birth experience.
